“In 2007 my wife and I purchased a luxury home in Nanoose Bay from Paul Dabbs.

We have now enjoyed living in our new home for four years and have found virtually no problems. The quality of materials and workmanship is first class. Paul paid so much attention to every detail during construction that everything was built correctly first time round. This resulted in only minor fixes or adjustments at the time of end-of-first-year warranty inspection. It is obvious to us that Paul monitored all aspects of construction as if this house were his own. With all the trades and sub-contractors he was a stickler for detail, personal care, and quality of installation and construction. When we first moved in, we were nicely surprised and delighted by comments from our neighbours as to the sensitivity and courtesies Paul extended to them during construction to minimize any inconvenience. This was sure a nice start with our new neighbours!

Occasionally we have had to call on Paul regarding the inevitable small problems that do arise from time to time. Paul was amazingly helpful, either attending to these personally or advising us on how to proceed. On a personal level, I have to say that Paul is a talented and professional project manager who adheres to a good code of ethics and honour. He is a caring and considerate person. He takes pride in his work and ensures that his products are faultless and gorgeous.
